As a solution-driven leader, he is adept at identifying needs and solving problems, initiating change, making strategic decisions, and developing processes. As a strategist, Bob delivers results by developing and executing sales and marketing focus and organizational processes.

After stellar sales careers at Pitney Bowes, Nortel and DEC, Bob became the General Manager & VP of Sales for DMQ software, Founder and CEO of Starpoint Solutions, Founder and President of Level 8 Systems, CEO of Magnet Pictures and President and Founder and CEO of Gold Group and Gold Mobile.
His leadership roles span starting, leading and developing growth-oriented companies. Bob is an accomplished author and public speaker with strong negotiation, coaching and interpersonal skills. Bob packaged his life experiences, fascinating stories, and hard fought battles into a motivational seminar called: How to Create Positive Change in Business and in Life. In his unique style and upbeat delivery, Bob has spoken and presented to audiences at international conferences and major corporations worldwide.
Bob is a hands-on owner and the strategic force behind Gold Mobile, and offers customers personalized strategic focus in helping form their sales, marketing and content strategies.

Miller brings to Gold Mobile her finely honed skills in customer relations,
technology, strategy and business operations.
Jane has over 20 years experience managing e-commerce, e-business and
multimedia projects and development using full lifecycle methods. She has led
multi-national, multi-functional teams; providing both strategic and tactical
direction. Her experience spans strategic
planning, business analysis, product management, and marketing.
Professionally,
Jane has worked at several technology companies. Most recently she was VP of Business Delivery
at Level X where she managed all client delivery, increasing team efficiency by
30%. As Manager of Client Services at Compudoc, she
provided interactive media solutions to Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T,
Du Pont, Dun & Bradstreet, Foxboro, Honeywell, JP Morgan, Merck, Schering
Plough, and Sharp Electronics.
Jane holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University
of Pennsylvania and a BA, Cum Laude
from William Smith College.

Jeffrey R. Allen has over 30 years experience in corporate finance, venture capital, investment banking, commercial real estate, and mergers and acquisitions.
Jeff has provided financial, marketing and strategic solutions to numerous growing businesses. In addition to consulting expertise, he brings to Gold Mobile his proven experience in finance, business planning, transaction evaluation, due diligence, economic studies and financial presentations. His clients have ranged from startups to growing, mid-size business to Fortune 50 corporations.
Jeff was formerly a Business Development Partner at Roxiticus Ventures, an investment banking, consulting and venture capital firm serving early and growth stage companies. He was also the Managing Member of The Mariner Group, a consulting and advisory firm active in Commercial and Real Estate Finance. Jeff provided commercial underwriting, CMBS loan portfolio analysis and due diligence of performing and sub-performing assets for some of the nation's leading investment banking institutions, including Merrill Lynch, Paine Webber and Goldman Sachs. Earlier in his career, Jeff worked with Sterling Drug Company, Olin Corporation and Swiss Bank Corporation.
Jeff holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University, a BA in Economics and Geography from Pennsylvania State University and a CFP from the College for Financial Planning.
Alan Stern

Mr. Stern brings more than 25 years of corporate high-tech B2B and B2C
software/hardware and wireless telecom marketing experience to the development
and implementation of Gold Group and Gold Mobile marketing and communications
strategies.
Prior to joining Gold Group, Mr. Stern spent years at Lucent Technologies,
managing their Global Marketing efforts for their Network Operations Software
division. Before Lucent, Mr. Stern was a true marketing pioneer in the wireless
data industry directing worldwide channel marketing for GoAmerica Communications
as well as corporate and partner marketing for BellSouth's Nationwide Wireless
Data division. While with these organizations, Mr. Stern managed OEM
partnerships with Dell, Compaq, HP, Fujitsu, and GTSI as well as partnerships
with Palm Computing, Microsoft, Research in Motion (RIM) and other vertical
market solution providers. While at BellSouth, Mr. Stern was instrumental in launching
the first RIM Blackberry device, Palm VII (the first wirelessly enabled Palm
Pilot) and Microsoft's CE wireless data solutions for Mobitex. Mr. Stern is a
graduate of Arizona
State University.

Paul Emberger has over 20 years of experience in information technology, from software development to system design and customer support. He has designed and deployed methodologies, which combine risk management and adaptive software engineering processes to improve revenue generation in a changing environment. Paul has worked with Audio Visual Labs, Bell Laboratories, Merrill Lynch, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, JP Morgan Chase and Capital One, among others. He has in-depth experience in the area of financial services, manufacturing, health insurance, and e-commerce.
Among Paul's extensive project work you will find a diverse technology base including Microsoft, Linux and Unix, C/C++, Internet and Intranet technologies and many more. Paul combines his vast business expertise with his in-depth technical expertise to provide his clients with solutions that meet their technology goals while excelling in a competitive market place.
Among his accomplishments are the design of a secure Web hosting environment for Merrill Lynch's Corporate and Institutional Clients Research Web site and the design of secure architectures for a variety of financial services and ecommerce Web sites while at Starpoint Solutions. He was instrumental in the development and deployment of Health Saving Accounts at JP Morgan Chase. During his time at AT&T Bell Labs, Paul did a full security audit on an international long distance calling service and implemented a comprehensive security plan.

Jeff Greene leads Gold Mobile's delivery teams in the creation, management and implementation of cutting-edge marketing programs. With experience in on-and off-line marketing, Jeff has consistently found ways to integrate technology and strategy finding innovative solutions for clients that range from Fortune 500 corporations to nonprofits. Jeff has also worked with mid-cap companies and nonprofits to harness the power of integrated brand strategy.
Jeff was the first online content editor of the Asbury Park Press, the first newspaper in the state to publish daily news on the web. He was instrumental in shaping the first corporate intranet for Lucent Technologies as well as Dunkin Donuts inaugural web site. Jeff also managed the development of Brainspin for AT&T, one of the earliest examples of branded educational content on the web. The site was used to teach students and families about AT&T innovations.
He has launched integrated branding campaigns for clients including Children's Specialized Hospital, the NJ Council of County Colleges and global relief agency Oxfam America. The Children's campaign featured the first-ever ad wrap of a New Jersey Transit bus and spawned a new medium for dozens of the state's advertisers. Working with the Council, Jeff helped launch a new scholarship program using viral techniques and traditional and Hispanic media to achieve penetration into niche markets.
A Rutgers University journalism graduate, Jeff has written about business and technology issues for numerous publications and has been invited to speak to national audiences on trends in marketing, branding and technology. He is past president of the Jersey Shore Public Relations and Advertising Association, where he helped grow membership by 100 percent.

Carey Fox is an award-winning executive producer and writer whose cutting-edge television and film productions include a documentary motion picture on CART (Championship Auto Racing Teams), a multi-million dollar gaming system for Golden Books Family Entertainment as well as Cindy Crawford's top-selling animated children's fitness video, "Mini Muscles." As President of Gold Group Entertainment, Carey dreams up entertaining and comedic programming designed specifically for mobile viewing and interaction.
Carey has launched and leveraged a diverse array of entertainment properties into vertically integrated brands. These properties are fully exploited for their entertainment, licensing, merchandising, marketing and publishing potentials.
He has worked for clients such as FOX TV, ABC TV, 20th Century Fox Studios, Paramount and AIR, the children's respiratory wing of New York Hospital. His strategic alliances bridge the world of entertainment, fashion, education, marketing and technology via clients that have included Wenner Media, Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART), Foods and Wines of France, The Ritz Carlton, Giorgio Armani, Shanghai Tang, Revlon, Clarins Fragrances, Vidal Sassoon, Airwalk, Warnaco, Fila, Broadway and Off-Broadway Productions and The Manhattan Theater Club.
